Refund policy

We’re so confident you’ll love FarmersCart meat that if you don’t think it’s the BEST meat you’ve ever tasted, we’ll give you your money back. We won’t even ask you to ship back the meat. 

All we ask of you is to send an email to support@farmerscart.com with the subject line: Refund Request: Order # (YOUR ORDER NUMBER) and share what you didn’t like about your order. One of our team members will reply to your request as soon as possible.

Please note: Ready-to-Eat Meals can not be returned and are not covered under our guarantee/refund policy. Please donate unopened meals you didn’t like to someone in need or discard.
