HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We offer two secure ordering methods so that you can choose the option that works best for you, online through our website, or you can also contact our customer support team.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HIT "SUBMIT"?

If you need to make a change to your order within 15 minutes of placing your order, you can contact our customer service team by email or phone to make changes or cancel the order.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

You will receive an order confirmation via email.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL REGARDING MY ORDER?

There are usually two reasons: you may have an outdated email address on file, or you may have a spam blocker, filtering email from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you.

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING? 

Please contact a Farmers Cart Support Agent right away! Farmers Cart needs to be notified of any damage or missing order within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders take 1-3 business days to process, regardless of the shipping method used. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. Farmers Cart may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please keep your account information updated! All order communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address be accurate and current. 

 

SHIPPING

WHERE DOES FARMERS CART SHIP?

Farmerscart.com ships to all 48 contiguous states, with the exception of APO/FPO, PO BOX addresses and Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. 

ITEM AVAILABILITY:

All items available for sale on the farmerscart.com website are expected to be in stock and available for shipment. Orders begin the shipping process as soon as your online purchase is complete. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. Currently, we do not offer advanced sale or backorder options. 

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS DOMESTIC:

If your order has multiple items and/or includes goods being shipped from our vendors , they may be shipped from multiple locations and/or arrive in different packages on different dates, there are no additional charges for split shipments.

Shipping and handling charges are based on your chosen method of shipment. Please see the chart below for shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Please note that processing times can be 1 to 3 business days.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All major credit/debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover)

Please keep in mind that fraud checks may occur. For security purposes, we may verify the address details with a third-party fraud check company. If there is a security concern, we may ask for additional information in order to process the order. This process is done as quickly as possible; however, on occasion, doing so may result in delaying the order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON MY PURCHASE?

Yes. Sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws where the order is being shipped. The tax shown online is only a quote and may differ slightly from the total charged, usually by no more than a few cents.

MY COUPON CODE DID NOT APPLY, CAN I STILL ADD IT ALTHOUGH MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please contact Farmers Cart support to verify that your coupon code is valid. Most promotions are advertised on our site. If you have received a personal code via a newsletter and it did not apply, please contact  us immediately after your order has been placed. (PLEASE NOTE: COUPONS THAT HAVE EXPIRED WILL NOT BE APPLIED).

REFUNDS

We do not accept returns, however if there was something wrong with your order please contact us within 10 days from the delivery date and we will provide the best resolution to the issue. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DUE TO OUR OR THE CARRIERS' ERROR:

If there are mistakes with your order, or items arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by sending you replacement parts or accessories, replacing the item or issuing you a Store credit or refund.  In such an event, there are no return shipping charges. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a 15 minute window for order cancellation during our normal business hours. Please call Customer Service at  1.800.281.0614 immediately if you have placed an order in error.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

Please note that your refund request will be processed within 2-5 business days

IS YOUR BEEF ORGANIC?

Our beef is not certified organic (except where noted) but we do certify and verify grass-fed claims.

IS ALL YOUR MEAT NON-GMO?

Our protocols state that farmers must use Non-GMO feed and we are actively working to have a 3rd party audit that proves this.

IS YOUR MEAT FED ANTIBIOTICS AND IS YOUR POULTRY FREE RANGE OR FED SOY SUPPLEMENTS?

Our meat isn’t given antibiotics or hormones and our chickens are pasture raised and supplement free.

IS YOUR MEAT FREE OF HORMONE AND ANTIBIOTIC?

All of our beef, poultry, pork, and seafood are hormone and antibiotic free.

HOW IS YOUR BEEF AGED?

Our beef is frozen immediately after butchering (except where noted on specific products).
