FRAMORE made in Italy imported artisan pasta is produced in a small factory in Apulia, a region in the South Italy known as the Italian barn. It is made with 100 percent premium durum wheat semolina and it has a golden amber (brown for whole wheat or spelt pasta) color. Semolina used in the production, has the right amount of proteins, it is ground finer and, blended in mixer ten times smaller versus industrial pasta. Pasta is bronze cut extruded, a special process to shape pasta which gives it a unique rough surface, in order to catch and hold the dressing.
