Pancake Recipe: 2 cups pancake mix + 1 ¾ cups cold milk or milk substitute. (optional: 1 egg and/or 2 TBSP oil or melted butter).
Waffle Recipe: 2 cups pancake mix + 1 ¾ cups cold milk or milk substitute + 2 TBSP oil or melted butter + 2 eggs.
Ingredients: Unbleached whole wheat flour, corn flour, whole rye flour, calcium phosphate, bicarbonate of soda, salt.
