Sun’s out, buns out...not those buns, I’m talking about bread.

Today I’m checking out the wheat we planted in the fall and it’s lush. You can see a few heads starting to pop out.

When all is said and done, we’ll have enough wheat for 10,000-15,000 loaves of I hope you like carbs.

I’m not trying to get all woo woo on you--it’s just good to know where your food comes from. And our crops are all organic...we don’t use pesticides.

And while the wheat’s waving, so am I.
